MomStrong is a weekly group class led by pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Rachel Moore, geared towards pregnant and postpartum women. MomStrong was created to give pregnant and postpartum women a safe space and community to learn how to exercise safely through all stages of pre and postnatal fitness. Classes will include scalings for all movements so any woman can participate!
